Crawling through the Outsider archives and decided to review one of my more "obsolete" formatted items from my collection to knock the dust off this site.

This is one of the rare times the hype was right.
Deathbed Tapes released an absolute monster on Halloween 2021 and if you were lucky enough you got to snag one of these (as only 75 were made), you know exactly what I mean if they actually viewed it. Nightmare inducing soundscapes that felt just as horrible as the cursed tape from Ringu.


Maso Yamazaki provides two tracks of suffocating terror accompanied by lofi manipulated visuals that only amplify the terror. On such an obscure format I had to buy a vhs player in order to watch it.
Unpleasant in all the right ways.
